Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Perlite & Vermiculite (due to potential contamination risks)
  • Composts and Fertilisers (opened or unopened)
  • Grass Seed (once packaging is opened)
  • Sale items (marked as final sale)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return/exchange
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Package your return securely using the original packaging when possible
  5. Ship your return to our Austin facility (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)

For returns and exchanges:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Bank processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be required for the refund to appear on your statement

Note: Sale items and non-returnable products (listed above) are not eligible for refund.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of eligible items:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate the replacement item you’d like (from our current stock)
  3. We’ll ship the replacement once we process your return
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
